1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, tablet, mobile) when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies (local storage, trackers), which this policy refers to collectively as "cookies".

2. Your consent

No non-essential cookie is placed before you agree. On arrival, a banner lets you accept all or decline. By default, and until you accept, audience-measurement and advertising cookies are disabled (Google consent mode set to "denied"). Only the choice you express is stored on your device so that you are not asked again on every visit.

3. Cookies and trackers we use

• Google Analytics 4 (Google) - audience measurement (page views, referral source, time spent). Placed after consent. Duration: up to 13 months. Provider located outside the EU (see the Privacy Policy, transfers).
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) - usage analysis (heatmaps, anonymised session recording) to improve usability. Enabled only after consent. Duration: up to 12 months.
• Google advertising cookies - where applicable, to measure our campaigns. Placed only after consent.
• Consent storage - strictly necessary data storing your choice (accept / decline). No consent required.

4. Managing or withdrawing your consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting the cookies and site data via your browser settings: the banner will be shown to you again. You can also configure your browser to block cookies, which may impair some features. For Google Analytics, an opt-out add-on is available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
