The price varies depending on the volume of content, the number of platforms, the level of engagement you want and any additional services (visual creation, advertising campaigns, etc.). We always provide a tailored quote after analysing your needs.

How will you manage to sound like us?

That is our immersion phase (Onboarding). Before publishing a single post, we analyse your history and create an 'Editorial Charter' (Tone of Voice). Together we define the vocabulary to use, the words to avoid, the level of formality and the kind of humour allowed. During the first few weeks, we have you validate every response template to make sure we are perfectly aligned.

Do I have to give you my personal passwords?

Ideally, no. For Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, we use the official delegation systems (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Admin). You remain the owner of your pages. For platforms that do not allow this (such as TikTok or X/Twitter), we use secure, encrypted password managers to share access without you ever having to send credentials to us in plain text.

What happens in the case of a negative comment or a troll?

We do not panic. We apply a gradual response protocol (the 'Crisis Flowchart') defined with you. If it is an unhappy customer, we try to resolve the issue publicly or via DM with empathy. If it is a gratuitous troll, we use humour or silent moderation depending on your policy. In the event of a serious crisis (Bad Buzz), we alert you immediately by phone.

Do I have to approve every post?

You decide the level of control. At the start, we recommend systematic approval through a shared calendar (Notion). Once trust is established, many of our clients let us handle day-to-day operations independently and only approve strategic campaigns.

Do you also handle the creation of visuals and videos?

Yes, it is an option. We have in-house graphic designers and video editors. We can either use your existing assets (photos/videos you send us) or create original content (carousels, reels, brand visuals) tailored to the codes of each platform.
